Received a No Access card? Please call our Scheduling Team on 01925 592600 to re-book or cancel your repair visit. If you're experiencing issues booking a first time repair, please call Your Response on 0345 345 0272 for assistance.
Refunds
Any payments which result in a credit balance on your account will be considered for a refund in line with the groups Income Policy. If you are eligible for a refund we will refund any monies owed within 28 of application. If your account is in credit and want to discuss a refund please contact Your Response on 0345 345 0272
